This is some amazing stuff! Easily 1 of the best coffees I have ever tasted and quickly ascended to a top 5 for me. The aroma as you let it bloom is just the beginning of what's to come. It's citrus, berry, and floral, quickly followed up with some cinnamon-like spices. I bask in the steam that leaves the pour-over every morning when I brew. The taste is similar but very smooth with hardly any bitterness. It's bright on the tongue, giving me berries, with a nice buttery smooth finish. 10/10.
I stumbled across this company at the Pendleton Art Fair and not only are the owners incredibly kind people, but the process of making this coffee is environmentally sustainable and the coffee itself is absolutely delicious. I've gone through three bags of the Neakita blend and it's absolutely my new favorite coffee. Highly recommend this coffee and any other coffee from this company.
